My name is Steve Reeves and I'd like to welcome you to muscle building tactics. A place where you'll find great info on how to gain weight and mass building. Alright now, let me ask you a quick question. You ever noticed that most people that go to the gym are in terrible shape? Seriously. Pay attention to some of the people at your gym or someone who talks about the fact that they go to the gym all the time and take a look at what kind of shape their in. A good percentage of them are not getting results.

The fact is that it takes just as much time and effort to get great results as it does to stay skinny or overweight. So what's the difference? Information.
